A month of content, priced before the call.
You're the whole video department, the calendar never stops, and every quote you've asked for came back custom, slow and vague. These five packages fix that. Fixed scope, fixed number, your files, and a start date you can put in the calendar this week.
Half up front, half on delivery. Rough drafts within a week of the brief. Month-to-month plans cancel any time. Raw files come back with every package.
Which package fits the problem you have this month?
Creative Haven, a video production studio in Austin, Texas, sells five fixed-price content packages: edited video from $250, creator content from $1,000, a studio-built month of product content from $2,500 a month, a crewed shoot day that yields 20 assets from $8,000 a month, and recipe shoots from $10,000. Every package delivers the raw files, bills half up front and half on delivery, and month-to-month plans cancel any time.
Read the four situations below and click the one that sounds like your week. Each one points to a single package family, so you never have to compare all five.
What does it cost to have your existing footage edited every month?
$150 a video at ten a month, $100 a video at twenty, or $250 for a single cut to see how it goes. Most brands aren't short on footage. They're short on the hours it takes to cut it. Send the drive over and get back clean, platform-ready cuts, organized the way you already file things, with rough drafts inside a week.
- A clean cut from your footage, paced for the platform
- Exported vertical or horizontal, sized for where you post
- Delivered in your folder structure, ready to schedule
- Captions, cover frames and branded lower thirds quoted as add-ons
Simple cuts from supplied footage. Captions, cover frames, lower thirds, motion graphics, animation and multi-camera sync are quoted separately.
What does creator-style video cost when someone else runs the creator?
$1,000 for one video posted to two platforms, up to $3,000 for three videos across four platforms, and less on a 3-month run. Creator content works because it doesn't look like an ad. Brands stop doing it because of the management: briefing, chasing, re-shooting, reformatting. Here you hand over the product and a one-page brief, and the scripts, the creator, the shoot and the posting are handled.
- Five script concepts written around your product every month
- Produced short-form video, shot by a vetted creator
- Native posting, formatted per platform
- Reposts scheduled across the month, not dumped in a day
What does a month of product video and stills cost without a shoot day?
$2,500 a month for four videos and eight images, $3,900 for eight and twelve, and more if you want the concepts and calendar written for you. You already have the product photography. It becomes a month of on-brand video and stills, built with generative tools and art-directed by someone who has shot food and product for a decade, with nothing scheduled around a crew.
- Short-form product videos, cut per platform
- Still images sized for feed, story and ads
- Variants for testing: same product, different hooks
- Optional: creative direction, with concepts and a posting calendar written for you
You brief us
We brief you: creative direction included
Built from your existing product photography. Where the brief needs new photography, pair this with a shoot day below. A person reviews and art-directs every asset before it reaches you.
What does a shoot day cost, and what do you actually get from it?
$8,000 a month for a crewed shoot day that comes back as four videos and eight photos, $10,000 for eight videos and twelve photos from the same day, and $10,000 for a four-recipe shoot. Crew, stylist, studio, talent when the brief needs it, and every asset cut and delivered. Out of every four videos, two are creator-style and two are produced, so the month has both a native voice and a polished one.
- Photographer or videographer, food or product stylist, studio
- Creator-style and produced videos from the same day
- Photos sized for feed, ads and product pages
- Raw footage and project files delivered with the cuts
Month of Content, crewed
Recipe shoots, for food and beverage brands
Developed and styled recipes, shot for social and retail. Food stylist, camera operator and assistant, location, equipment and editing are all in the number. The annual price is for brands that book the same shoot each year.
Hire, freelance, or a package: what does each one really cost you?
You've probably tried at least two of these already. The invoice is the smallest part of the difference.
| Creative Haven package | In-house hire | Freelance marketplace | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first asset | Rough drafts within a week of the brief | Weeks to hire, weeks to ramp | Days, if the brief lands with the right person |
| What you manage | One brief a month | Salary, gear, software, time off | Sourcing, briefing, chasing, quality |
| Output when someone is out | The same. The package is the commitment | Zero | Zero |
| Consistency across a year | Same team, same brand kit, every month | Depends on the hire | Different person every batch |
| Who owns the files | You, delivered every time | You | Often unclear |
| Scale up next month | Move up one tier | Second hire | Start over |
Who's actually making this
Filmmakers, photographers and editors with more than twenty years of production between them, including work that has aired on HBO and shipped for Sony, who also know what performs on a phone screen. A person reviews and art-directs every asset, including the studio-built ones. Camille La Vie has run on that team for years; The Missing Ingredient sends work over knowing it comes back client-ready.
On Pinterest we received over 6 million impressions. Across our website we saw a major lift in organic views, at less than half the cost of the ads we had run in the past.
Mitchel Dumlao has been working with us for years, representing our brand in a creative, modern way. He has helped us stay relevant on our social media channels in the ever-growing video market.

The questions people ask before they buy.
Why is the 3-month rate lower?
Deciding the calendar three months out is what lets us batch the shoots and edits, so the lower rate is what that planning saves you. It's also how content actually works: month one teaches you which hook lands, and months two and three are where it compounds.
What if the first round isn't right?
You see selects before finals on every package, and notes come back before the delivery date. If a whole package misses the brief, it gets fixed before you pay the second half.
Do you use AI?
On the studio-built month, yes, on purpose and out loud. It's how a month of product assets gets made without a shoot day. Everything is built from your real product photography and art-directed and checked by a person who has shot this category for a decade, so it never looks like the generic stuff you've seen. Crewed shoots, creator content and editing are shot and cut by people.
What if I need more than 8 videos a month?
Stack packages. The most common pairing is a crewed shoot day plus an editing pack, or the studio-built month plus creator content. I'll tell you the cheapest combination for the volume you want.
Can we start with one thing?
Yes. The single edited video at $250, the one-video creator package, or a one-off studio-built month exists exactly for that. Most clients move to monthly after the first delivery, which is why the monthly rates are lower.
Who owns the footage and the files?
You do. Every package delivers finals, selects and raw footage in your folder structure. If you leave, you take everything with you.
We're an agency. Can we resell this under our name?
Yes, and several agencies already do. Ask for the agency page, which covers white-label delivery, an NDA, and how we stay out of the room.
What is not included?
Paid media spend, talent usage fees beyond the shoot, licensed music beyond our standard library, and travel outside Austin. All quoted up front when they apply.
Tell us where you're stuck. We'll figure out the right package, or tell you that you don't need one.
20 minutes. Bring last month's calendar and whatever footage you have. You leave with a recommendation and a start date.
